The Boy and the Nettler(荨麻)

A boy was stung(刺) by a nettle(荨麻).

He ran home and told his mother, “I only touched it gently, but it hurt me so much.”

“That was just what caused it to sting(刺) you,” said his mother.

“The next time you touch a nettle(荨麻), grab(抓住) it tightly(紧紧地), and it will be as soft as silk to your hand, and will not hurt you.”

MORAL: Whatever you do, do with all your strength.
